17 again

dont get confused with the title by the way because it's nothing to do with the movie title 17 Again starring Zac Efron as the main actor *by the way Zac Efron sangat handsome tau and how i wish he could be mine *blushing* tapi i know that it's not gonna happen, not in the heaven though*

you guys might be wondering why i keep on seventeen-ing on my facebook status and whatsoever.

this is the story behind it =))

yesterday i had this German video shooting around Shah Alam and i accidentally went to Giant Shah Alam in Seksyen 13 as Yana wants to buy cauliflower there *tesco pny cauliflower sudah abis*. on our way to the main entrance, there is one booth so called Health Analysis Booth that offers analization of our body for RM5. i know it is not worth paying, but lets take it as once in a blue moon (kadang2).

the procedure is so simple. i only have to stand up on the weighing machine and it calculates everything, from my body fat up to my total body water, muscle mass, exercise rate, basal metabolic rate (BMR), metabolic age, bone mass and visceral fat.

make it short, my metabolic age turns out to be 17~!! then i asked the kakak what does it means by 17 and kakak tu cakap:

"maksudnye adik punya body system functions macam 17years old teenagers punya system which is obviously GOOD"

*akak tuh tak cakap english pun. aku je pandai2 english kan ayat die. haha*

i dont satisfied enough with the answer, so i googled first before i post it here just to do some re-confirmation *nanti takde laa korang2 nie cakap aku perasan ke hape*
